What I fed my young kids…

Whether I fully believed in it at the time or not, I decided there was no harm in trying to make my young children’s diet as good as possible. I researched many foods that were supposedly good for MEMORY which I knew in turn would help with their reading and other studies.

I remember giving both my children plenty of eggs and avocados when they were babies. When they could eat more solids, I began giving them grains, fish and vegetables as well as other items on the list above.

I definitely did see an improvement in their memories especially my daughter and I would therefore recommend a good diet if you want to help your child with their reading.
